All in all, it was ideal place for traveling to McMinnville. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Visited their restaurant Red Hills Kitchen couple of times...

Despite its central spot, the room I stayed in was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with a nice little kitchen and a bathroom that had everything I needed. On top of that, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Wish we stayed longer
I was a bit hesitant to book this place due to some negative reviews, but I'm so glad we did. We stayed in room 2 and it was perfect. The layout was great, with a cozy bedroom, a super comfy sofa in the living room, and a spacious eat-in kitchen and bathroom. The modern decoration and tidiness were excellent, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The bed was comfortable, and we loved having the robes. The only slight inconvenience was the noise from the dumpsters being emptied in the morning, but that's to be expected in a town location. The train noise was minimal and didn't bother us at all. The self-check-in process was convenient, and the communication with the hotel was smooth and flexible. We enjoyed exploring the charming town of McMinnville and were left wishing we had stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of all the action of this charming city. It was easy to walk down 3rd street and explore the many local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having a small kitchen and living area in our room. The staff were very accommodating, great to park in the free parking area before our room was ready and communicating with us easily over text.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great location close to shops and eateries. Private parking available. Room had a sitting area with useful amenities.
The room was too small and had an odd layout. The bathroom was cramped and inconveniently located.
